All information shared through the contact form is strictly confidential and your information will not be shared with third parties. Your contact information will be held on file for past, current and future bookings or use for anything relevant regarding to projects discussed through your communication with us. If you would like your held information to be deleted after contacting us, please feel free to get in touch and we will happily delete any information held on you.

TERMS OF SERVICE
By agreeing to hire me for my location or post production audio services, you are agreeing to provide payment within a maximum of 30 days of completion of said services. If the invoice payment is late and goes beyond the agreed 30 days threshold, you will be liable for additional charges - 10% of the invoice amount for each day after 30 days.
Unless specified in a contractual agreement, if for any reason within 48 hours before the first filming date, or whilst in the middle of the agreed days of service for your production, you cancel said services or fail to communicate the cancellation of services - half of the daily rate will be due for each day of the remaining production's days that were initially booked. This booking will have cost time and money that could have been gained and used working on other projects.

TERMS OF SERVICE (KIT RENTAL)
By agreeing to hire my location audio sound kit, you are accepting complete responsibility of the care and wellbeing of the equipment. If any equipment is found to be faulty or damaged, you will be liable for payment regarding repairs or replacement of the relevant items.
